Sustainable Graphic Design

This poster addresses the issue of sustainability in the graphic design industry. Through my research I discovered that the decision on whether a project is sustainable or not lies with both the designer and client. The poster hangs in a studio as a reference point for both designers and clients. Not only can designers refer to it themselves while they are working, designers can refer to it with clients to help educate them on the issue. The tetrahedrons (pyramids) refer to the three main areas to consider when looking at the sustainability of a project (paper, ink and the overall design). They also refer to the three main stakeholders of a project (client, designer and user).
